Approve joining the Los Angeles County Homeless Initiative âGood Neighbor Pledgeâ for\ncoordinated regional solutions to homelessness; and\n2. Authorize Mayor and City Council to execute the Los Angeles County Homeless\nInitiative âGood Neighbor Pledgeâ on behalf of the City of Baldwin Park.
