Amendment to Extend Agreement with HR Green Pacific, Inc. for Professional Review\nand Inspection Consulting Services Related to the Gold Line\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve an Amendment to extend an agreement with HR Green Pacific, Inc. to\nprovide professional on-call review and inspection consulting services for “Transit\nImprovement Program - Gold Line,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-68559 for an\nadditional three-year term; and\n2) Authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute the amendment and any subsequent\namendments.
