H. Rejection of Bids for Requests for Proposals (RFP) 2022-03 for the\nInstallation/Upgrade of the City’s Access Control System (Development\nServices)\nOn Thursday, February 2, 2023, the City received one (1) bid submittal in response\nto Requests for Proposals (RFP) 2022-03 Access Control System. RFP 2022-03\nsolicited services for the installation and/or upgrade of an existing access control\nsystem for specified City facilities. The submitted bid surpassed the anticipated\nbudget, which considered new hardware installations and upgrades to the existing\nsystem. As a result, staff is recommending the rejection of the submitted bids.\nRecommendation:\nRejection of all bids received for Requests for Proposals (RFP) 2022-03 Access\nControl System.
