2. Approval of Agreement with The Institute of Ecological Civilization for Services Relating to\nImplementation of the California Proposition 47 (Prop 47) Grant\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve a forty-five month agreement with The Institute of Ecological Civilization in\nthe amount not to exceed $52,213 for their role in supporting the Office of Violence\nPrevention (OVP) as it carries out the City of Pomona’s California Proposition 47\nGrant implementation; and,\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement and any\nextensions, subsequent changes or amendments thereto, on behalf of the City,\nsubject to review and approval as to form by the City Attorney.
