Annual Maintenance Program for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Related\nServices at all City Facilities\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve First Amendment to the existing maintenance contract\nwith South Coast Mechanical, LLC for the subject services for the period of July 1, 2025 to\nJune 30, 2027 in an amount not to exceed $300,000.00; and (2) authorize the issuance of a\npurchase order to South Coast Mechanical, LLC for the period July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026,\nin amount not to exceed $150,000.00, pending adoption of the 2025-2027 budget by City\nCouncil.
