Annual Maintenance Program for Electrical and Related Services at all City Facilities\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve Second Amendment to the existing maintenance\ncontract with David Electric, Inc. for the subject services for the period of July 1, 2025 to\nJune 30, 2027 in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00; and (2) authorize the issuance of a\npurchase order to David Electric, Inc. for the period July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, in amount\nnot to exceed $100,000.00, pending adoption of the 2025-2027 budget by City Council.
