12. Approve the First Amendment to Agreement with Lyons Security Service, Inc. to increase the\ninitial annual not to exceed amount from $475,000 to $650,000, and the total contract not to\nexceed amount from $2,000,000 to $3,000,000, for the collection, storage, and release of\nabandoned property and property removed from public spaces for safekeeping; authorize the\nChief of Police, or designee, to execute the First Amendment; and increase the Anaheim Police\nDepartment’s Fiscal Year 2024/25 General Fund budget by $175,000.
