2. This is a joint public hearing of the Anaheim Housing Authority and the Anaheim City Council, in\naccordance with Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, regarding the issuance by\nthe Anaheim Housing Authority of its multifamily housing revenue bonds, in an aggregate\nprincipal amount not to exceed $13,105,723, in order to assist with cost overruns for the Tampico\nMotel Conversion (a 32-unit permanent supportive rental housing development) located at 151 S.\nCenpla Way (formerly 120 S. State College Blvd.).\nCity Council Action:\n2-A. RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF ANAHEIM pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986\napproving the issuance of bonds by the Anaheim Housing Authority for the Tampico Motel\nConversion.\n3 April 22, 2025\nHousing Authority Action:\n2-B. RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF\nTHE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY authorizing the execution and delivery of its\nmultifamily housing revenue note in one or more series in a cumulative and aggregate\nprincipal amount not to exceed $13,105,723 for the purpose of financing the acquisition\nand rehabilitation of the Tampico Motel Conversion Multifamily Rental Housing Project;\napproving and authorizing the execution and delivery of any and all documents necessary\nto execute and deliver the note, substantially in the form approved hereby, complete the\ntransaction and implement this resolution, and ratifying and approving any action\nheretofore taken in connection with the note.\nCONSENT CALENDAR:
