RESOLUTIONS AMENDING THE POSITION CLASSIFICATION MANUAL AND THE\nSALARY AND BENEFITS RESOLUTION\nThe attached Resolutions make changes to the Position Classification Manual and the\nSalary and Benefits Resolution by adding the job classification of Family Support\nAdvocate and associated salary range.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare that this project is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”) under Section 15378(b)(2) – continuing administrative or\nmaintenance activities, such as purchases for supplies, personnel-related actions,\ngeneral policy or procedure making; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-09 amending the Position Classification Manual, entitled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STANTON,\nCALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE POSITION CLASSIFICATION\nMANUAL”; and\n3. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-10 amending the Salary and Benefits Resolution, entitled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STANTON,\nCALIFORNIA, REGARDING EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND SALARY\nRATES FOR ALL CLASSES OF EMPLOYMENT.”\nApril 22, 2025
