10A. PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR CITY\nPROGRAMS AND SERVICES\nOn January 14, 2025, the City Council approved Resolution No. 2025-04 which contained\nthe current Master Fee Schedule which had been updated based on the findings of a\ncomprehensive fee study. The Resolution included a provision to update the Master Fee\nSchedule annually, each July 1, beginning on July 1, 2025, to implement annual\nConsumer Price Index (CPI) based adjustments to all fees to ensure fees keep up with\nincreasing costs. Resolution No. 2025-08 authorizes a 3.4% CPI increase effective July\n1, 2025.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council find that this item is not subject to California Environmental Quality Act\n(“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(5)(Organizational or administrative activities\nof governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the\nenvironment); and\n2. Open the public hearing and receive public input; and\n3. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-08, entitled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STANTON,\nCALIFORNIA, ADOPTING AN UPDATED CITY OF STANTON MASTER\nFEE SCHEDULE FOR CITY PROGRAMS AND SERVICES.”\nApril 22, 2025
