18. Smith Park Field Fencing Replacement (CIP No. 50104). (500)\n4-22-2025 Agenda City Council\nRecommendation:\n1. Award a General Services Agreement to C&O Manufacturing for the\ninstallation of new fencing for Smith Park Sports Field in the amount of\n$188,800, and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in a\nform approved by the City Attorney;\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to approve change orders, as\nneeded, in an amount not-to-exceed $18,000 (approximately 10% of the total\ncontract amount) for construction contingency;\n3. Transfer $56,800 from Smith Park Security System Project (Account No.\n400.70.7310-54500-CIP50092) to Smith Park Fencing Replacement\n(Account No. 400.70.7300-54500-CIP50104); and\n4. Approve the Notice of Exemption (NOE) for the subject project and authorize\nthe City Clerk to file the NOE with the County Recorder, in accordance with\nthe California Environmental Quality Act.\nAgreement No. ________
