19. Pico Park Prefabricated Restroom Project (CIP No. 50085) – Award\nConstruction. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve the plans and specifications for the Pico Park Prefabricated\nRestroom Project (CIP No. 50085);\n2. Award a Construction Contract for a not-to-exceed amount of $135,920 to\nDiamond Construction & Design for the Pico Park Prefabricated Restroom\nProject, CIP No. 50085; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\ncontract in a form approved by the City Attorney;\n3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee, to approve change orders, as\nneeded, in an amount not-to-exceed $20,400 (approximately 15% of the total\ncontract amount) for construction contingency; and\n4. Approve the Notice of Exemption (NOE) for the subject project and authorize\nthe City Clerk to file the NOE with the County Recorder, in accordance with\nthe California Environmental Quality Act.\nAgreement No. ________
