Award a Professional Services Agreement for a term of five (5) years in the\ntotal amount of up to $1,000,000 to NV5, Inc. to provide on-call engineering\nstaff augmentation services;\n3. Award a Professional Services Agreement for a term of five (5) years in the\ntotal amount of up to $1,000,000 to Pacifica Services, Inc. to provide on-call\nengineering staff augmentation services;\n4-22-2025 Agenda City Council\n4. Award a Professional Services Agreement for a term of five (5) years in the\ntotal amount of up to $1,000,000 to RRM Design Group to provide on-call\nengineering staff augmentation services;\n5.
