Accept the work as completed for the City Hall Electric Vehicle Charging\nStation Project - CIP No. 50010 constructed by Reliable Monitoring Services,\nand authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion (NOC) with the\nLos Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to release the retention payment\nto Reliable Monitoring Services following the mandatory waiting period from\nthe date the NOC is recorded.
