11. Washington Boulevard Bridge Repair Project (CIP No. 50120) – Notice of\nCompletion. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Accept the work as completed for the Washington Boulevard Bridge Repair\nProject - CIP No. 50120 (Project) constructed by Griffith Construction\nCompany and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion (NOC)\nwith the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to release the retention payment\nto Griffith Construction Company following the mandatory waiting period\nfrom the date the NOC is recorded.
