Accept the work as completed for Telegraph Road Bridge Guardrail Repair\nProject - CIP No. 50119 (Project) constructed by Riverside Construction and\nauthorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion (NOC) with the Los\nAngeles County Registrar-Recorder; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to release the retention payment\nto Riverside Construction following the mandatory waiting period from the\ndate the NOC is recorded.
