16. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 22-2083 with Southland Transit, Inc. for\nthe City’s Dial-A-Van Operation and Maintenance Services. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 22-\n2083 with Southland Transit, Inc., increasing the contract amount by\n$250,000 for fiscal year (FY) 2024-25 and authorize the first one-year\nextension for FY 2025-26, bringing the total agreement amount to\n$2,139,489 for the City’s Dial-A-Van transit services; and\n2.
