Award of Professional Services Agreement to Cumming Construction Management, Inc. in\nthe Amount of $284,970 for Project Management Services for “Pomona Library Facility\nImprovements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-74120\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) 1) Award a professional services agreement to Cumming Construction Management, Inc.\nfor project management services, in the amount of $284,970, for “Pomona Library Facility\nImprovements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-74120; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the agreement, and any\namendments or related documents, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.\nAttachments: Staff Report
