Award bid and authorize the City Manager to execute a construction\ncontract with Matich Corporation for the construction of the 2024/25\nCitywide Pavement Rehabilitation Project, in the amount of $4,476,528.27\nand authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $447,652.83 (DE-25-\n102-SB).\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility\nagreements, utility easements, and subsequent agreements on behalf of\nthe City of Fontana for the 2024/25 Citywide Pavement Rehabilitation\nProject.
