G. APPROVAL OF A FUNDING/COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH RIVERSIDE COUNTY\nFLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT (RCFC) AND THE CITY\nFOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PALM SPRINGS MASTER DRAINAGE PLAN (MDP)\nLINE 6, STAGE 3\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve a Funding/Cooperative Agreement between the Riverside County Flood\nControl and Water Conservation District and the City of Palm Springs, associated with\nthe construction, operation, and maintenance of flood control improvements identified\nas Palm Springs Master Drainage Plan (MDP) Line 6, Stage 3; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
