Approve the Agreement for Vendor Services with Pyro Spectaculars, Inc. in\nthe amount of $42,000 for the 2025 City Fireworks Show;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract on behalf of the City in\nsubstantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney; and\n3. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to Pyro Spectaculars, Inc. in the\namount of $42,000.
