Approve Second Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with AECOM for the\n“Water Resources Building” Project\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) 1) Approve the second amendment to the professional services agreement with AECOM\nTechnical Services, Inc.
