Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Nissho of California, Inc., to include Highland\nMedians maintenance, and the one-time planting of a Torrey Pine,\nincreasing the agreement by $17,554, to a not-to-exceed amount of\n$406,206.84 for FY 2024/2025 only.
