C Consideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute\nAgreement File No. 752.1, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with\nMichael Baker International, to provide an assessment of the Caruthers Park\nRegional Stormwater Capture and Infiltration System.\nCEQA: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Public\nResources Code §§ 21000, et seq.) and CEQA Guidelines (California Code of\nRegulations, Title 14, §§ 15000, et seq.), the City conducted an environmental\nassessment. Based on the environmental assessment, the project was\ndetermined to be categorically exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines § 15303\n(Class 1 – Existing Facilities).\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager to execute\nAgreement File No. 752.1, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with Michael\nBaker International; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this\nitem.\n14 CONSENT CALENDAR – Continued
