2. ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ROAD REPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017 (SB1) PROJECT LIST FOR FISCAL YEAR\n2026 (Public Works Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed actions in the agenda report are not “projects” as defined in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Public\nResources Code Section 21065 and Section 15378(b)(4) and (5) of the State\nCEQA Guidelines, and as such, are not subject to environmental review; and\n(2) Adopt a resolution approving of the Road Repair and Accountability Act (SB1) project list for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026.
