F.4. AWARD OF AGREEMENT TO PCL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC.\nTO COMPLETE THE 8305 SANTA MONICA BOULEVARD BUILD-OUT\nPROJECT [H. COLLINS, E. HAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving the award of a\nConstruction Agreement to PCL Construction Services, Inc. to complete\nthe 8305 Santa Monica Boulevard Build-Out Project.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a Construction Agreement with PCL\nConstruction Services, Inc. to complete the 8305 Santa Monica Boulevard\nBuild-Out Project in the amount of $1,732,344 and add a 20% contingency\namount of $346,468.80 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $2,078,812.80;\n2) Authorize the Director of Finance & Technology Services to allocate\n$955,872.34 from unallocated reserves in the Capital Fund to account\nnumber 301-4-08-55-702032 for the 8305 Santa Monica Boulevard Build-\nOut Project; 3) Authorize the Facilities and Field Services Division\nManager to approve Change Orders to the Agreement; and 4) Authorize\nthe City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents incident to the\nAgreement.
