F.3. PROJECT ANGEL FOOD KITCHEN RENOVATION [C. SCHROEDER,\nC. SAFRIET, D. MURRAY]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider the approval of a public interest\nsubsidy agreement with Project Angel Food to support the renovation and\ncapital improvements of their commercial kitchen facility for the provision\nof home-delivered meals to vulnerable community members.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a public interest subsidy agreement\nwith Project Angel Food in substantially the form attached for a one-time\ncontribution of $400,000 to assist with the renovation and capital\nimprovements of their commercial kitchen facility for the provision of\nhome-delivered meals to vulnerable community members and authorize\nthe City Manager or designee to finalize and execute documents incident\nto the Agreement; and 2) Authorize the Director of Finance and\nTechnology Services to allocate $400,000 from unallocated General Fund\nreserves for this contribution.
