E.1. ECONOMIC IMPACT ANALYSIS OF MAJOR SPECIAL EVENTS IN THE\nCITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD [L. BIERY, P. KESPRADIT, L.\nD’AMBROSIA]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving an Agreement for\nServices with CVL Economics to conduct an Economic Impact Analysis of\nMajor Special Events in the City of West Hollywood.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for Services with CVL\nEconomics in an amount not to exceed $180,000 to conduct an Economic\nImpact Analysis of Major Special Events; 2) Authorize the Director of\nFinance & Technology Services to allocate $180,000 from unallocated\nreserves in the General Fund for the Economic Impact Analysis of Major\nSpecial Events; and 3) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the Agreement.
