B.11. AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH\nLEHRER ARCHITECTS FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING\nSERVICES AT THE LOG CABIN [H. COLLINS]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 5 to\nthe Agreement for Services with Lehrer Architects to provide architectural\nand engineering services for the Log Cabin site located at 617-621 N.\nRobertson Boulevard to increase the compensation and extend the term\nof the Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Lehrer Architects to provide architectural and\nengineering services for the Log Cabin site located at 617-621 N.\nRobertson Boulevard to increase the contract amount of $1,074,465 by\n$500,000, for a new total of $1,574,465 to cover the costs of providing\nadditional services and extend the term by 24 months; and 2) Authorize\nthe City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to the\namendment to the Agreements.
