Award of Contract to American Global Security (AGS) for Citywide Security Services at\nthe Hourly Prices Bid\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) 1) Award an initial three-year contract, with two optional one-year extensions, to\nAmerican Global Security (AGS) for Citywide security services at the hourly prices bid;\nand\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and all necessary documents,\namendments, and extensions, subject to approval by the City Attorney.\nAttachments: Staff Report
