FAMILIES FORWARD, INC. – A REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF AN\nEIGHT (8) UNIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT (DR 2025-0005)\nThe applicant, Families Forward, is requesting approval to construct an\n8,700-square-foot three-story building containing eight rental units\naffordable to lower-income families on a 0.22-acre site, located at 1852\nSan Juan Street.
