CONSIDERATION TO RENAME THE CITY OF TUSTIN CORPORATE\nYARD TO THE LOU BONE TUSTIN CORPORATE YARD Consideration\nof a request from Mayor Austin Lumbard to recognize former Mayor\nLucien “Lou” Bone by renaming the City of Tustin Corporate Yard, located\nat 1472 Service Road, to The Lou Bone Tustin Corporate Yard and\ncommemorating the honor with the placement of a plaque near the main\nentrance of the building.\nRecommendation: Direct staff to proceed with the renaming of the\nCorporate Yard, the acquisition and installation of a commemorative 20” x\n30” bronze plaque.Fiscal Impact: There is no fiscal impact to the City\nassociated with acquisition and installation of the commemorative plaque.\nPrivate funds have been raised by community members to cover these\ncosts. The total cost is $6,100.
