Conduct a public hearing and approve the\nFiscal Year 2025-2030 Consolidated Plan and Fiscal Year 2025-26 Action\nPlan, and Fiscal Year 2025-2030, and Orange County Regional\nAssessment of Fair Housing. 2. Authorize staff to submit the approved\nplans to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
