Approve a Public Works Agreement with S.R. Bray, LLC (dba PowerPlus) for the Public Safety\nCenter Project in the amount of $100,000; and\n2. Authorize the Interim City Administrator to approve up to ten percent (10%) contingency of the\ncontract amount, or $10,000, for a total contract not-to-exceed amount of $110,000; and\n3. Authorize the Interim City Administrator to approve all agreements in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.
