20. 25-227 Release Guarantee and Warranty Bond for Tract 18105 and Tract\n18106 (Regatta - Holly and Gothard Townhomes)\nRecommended Action:\nA) Release Guarantee and Warranty Bond No. 30190069 (Attachment 1); and,\nB) Release Guarantee and Warranty Bond No. 30190068 (Attachment 2); and,\nC) Instruct the City Clerk to notify the developer, Meritage Homes of California, and the\nCity Treasurer to notify the Surety, The Continental Insurance Company, of these actions;\nand,\nD) Instruct the City Treasurer to notify the City Clerk when the Guarantee and Warranty\nBonds mentioned above have been released.
