Authorize the City Manager to execute a three­year\nagreement with Flock Group, Inc. to provide automated license plate recognition\ncamera installation and maintenance services, for the estimated period of May 6,\n2025 through May 5, 2028, with provision for one, two­year extension, for an amount\nof $196,560 plus a contingency amount of $15,000, for a total amount not to exceed\n$211,560. (Agreement No. A­2025­XXX).\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a five­year agreement with Motorola\nSolutions, Inc. to provide automated license plate recognition camera installation and\nmaintenance services, for the estimated period of May 6, 2025 through May 5, 2030,\nfor an amount of $454,099 plus a contingency \namount of $40,000, for a total amount\nnot to exceed $494,099.
