18. First Amendment with California Barricade Rentals, Inc. dba California Barricade and\nStatewide Traffic Safety and Signs dba AWP Safety for On­Call Traffic Control\nServices\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute the first amendment\nto the standard agreements with California Barricade Rentals, Inc. and Statewide\nTraffic Safety and Signs to provide On­Call Traffic Control Services and update rates\nbased on Consumer Price Index and/or Prevailing Wages as set by the California\nDepartment of Industrial Relations, for the remaining term of the agreement, and\nincrease the contract amount by $510,000, for a total amount not to exceed\n$1,010,000 (Agreement Nos. A­2025­XXX and A­2025­XXX).
