5F. Second Amendment to the Waste Disposal Agreement with the County of Orange for\nSolid Waste Disposal Services\n— 1. Approve a second amendment to the Waste Disposal Agreement with the County\nof Orange for solid waste disposal services extending the term by 12 months. As part\nof the amended and restated franchise agreement with Republic Services, the\nincreased disposal costs were already incorporated into the recently approved solid\nwaste rate increases. No additional appropriations are needed for the FY 2025-2026\nSanitation and Street Sweeping Fund (440) operating budget.
