6. FAIRVIEW ROAD ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENTS - 25-274\nADAMS AVENUE TO FAIR DRIVE\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Award a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) to Onward Engineering for\nprofessional engineering design services for the Fairview Road Active\nTransportation Improvements - Adams Avenue to Fair Drive project (Federal\nProject No. STPL-5312(109)) in the amount of $313,081, in final form\napproved by the City Attorney.\n2. Authorize a ten percent (10%) contingency in the amount of $31,308 for any\nunforeseen costs that may be required by the project.\n3. Authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute the PSA and any\nfuture amendments to the agreement.\nAttachments: 1. Proposed PSA with Onward Engineering
