12. Approval of Agreement for Professional Services with Drone Studios\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve the agreement for Professional Services with Drone Studios to\nprovide a Drone show on July 4, 2025, at Crown Valley Park in the not-to-\nexceed amount of $66,800;\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 10% contingency of the total contract in the\namount of $6,680 for unforeseen conditions or extra work, and authorize\nthe Parks and Recreation Director to approve additional work, for a total\nnot-to-exceed amount of $73,480, if needed; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement with Drone Studios, and future amendments to the Agreement\nsubject to the City Attorney making non-substantive changes.\nDISCUSSION ITEM
