I.15 AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES\nAGREEMENT FOR THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT CURB RAMP\nREMEDIATION PROJECT (REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS) (ALL DISTRICTS)\nAuthorization to Award a Professional Consultant Services Agreement to HR Green\nPacific, Inc. for the Americans with Disabilities Act Curb Ramp Remediation Project\nNumber 801 0109\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Award an Agreement to Professional Consultant Services to HR Green Pacific, Inc.\nto provide engineering design service for ADA Curb Ramp Remediation Project\nNumber 801 0109; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Professional Consultant\nServices with HR Green Pacific, Inc. in the amount of $169,490 and subject to the\napproval of the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order for HR Green Pacific, Inc. in the\namount of $169,490 when the Agreement has been signed by all parties; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments to the\nAgreement with HR Green Pacific, Inc. subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
