Approve the Agreement for On-Site and/or Professional Services for Landscape\nDistricts–West (“Agreement”) with Mariposa Landscapes, Inc., 6232 Santos Diaz St.\nIrwindale, CA 91702, and waive any and all minor irregularities, to provide landscape\nand irrigation maintenance services for certain landscape maintenance districts for a\n5-year contract amount of $2,213,719.\n2. (Agmt. No. 2025-__)(All\nDistricts)\nRecommendation(s)\n1. Approve the Agreement for Tree Trimming and Removal Services (“Agreement”)\nwith West Coast Arborists, Inc., 2200 E. Via Burton, Anaheim, CA 92806, and waive\nany and all minor irregularities, to provide tree trimming and removal services for\ncertain City maintained trees for a 5-year contract amount of $5,160,600.\n2. I.12 APPROVE AN INCREASE TO BMW MOTORCYCLES OF RIVERSIDE ANNUAL\nPURCHASE ORDER FOR FY 2024/25 AND AUTHORIZE PURCHASE ORDERS\nFOR FY 2025/26 AND FY 2026/27 (REPORT OF: POLICE) (NOT APPLICABLE)\nApprove an increase to BMW Motorcycles of Riverside Annual Purchase order for FY\n2024/25 and authorize Purchase Orders for FY 2025/26 and FY 2026/27\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Authorize a change order to increase Blanket Purchase Order #2025-286 to BMW\nMotorcycles of Riverside from $75,000 to $ 90,000 for FY 2024/25 maintenance and\nrepairs for FY 2024/25 year-end expenses.\n2. Authorize a purchase order to BMW Motorcycles of Riverside for $90,000 per\nyear, for FY 2025/26 and FY 2026/27 in accordance with the adopted budget,\nrespectively. These purchase orders will cover the costs associated with\nmaintenance and repairs of the Traffic Division motorcycle fleet.\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to approve increases to blanket\npurchase orders for FY 2025/26 and FY 2026/27 for unforeseen costs and in\naccordance with the proposed budget, respectively.

FOR HEACOCK STREET / CACTUS\nAVENUE COMMERCIAL VEHICLE IMPROVEMENTS (REPORT OF: PUBLIC\nWORKS) (DISTRICT 3)\nAuthorization to Award a Construction Agreement to California Professional\nEngineering, Inc. for the Heacock Street/Cactus Avenue Commercial Vehicle\nImprovements Project Number 801 0104\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Award a construction agreement to California Professional Engineering, Inc., for\nthe Heacock Street/Cactus Avenue Commercial Vehicle Improvements Project\nNumber 801 0104; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with California Professional\nEngineering, Inc., in the amount of $432,851.50 funded by the Measure A Fund\n(Fund 2001); and\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order to California Professional Engineering,\nInc. for the amount of $541,065.00 ($432,851.50 bid amount plus approximately 25%\ncontingency) once the contract has been signed by all parties; and\n4. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute any subsequent\nrelated change orders to the agreement with California Professional Engineering,\nInc., up to the budget as previously approved by the Council, subject to the approval\nof the City Attorney.

Adopt Resolution 2025-XX to establish a Citywide Pavement Rehabilitation Project\nList for submission to the California Transportation Commission for Fiscal Year\n2025/26 Senate Bill 1 funding; and\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to make any minor adjustments\nto the limits of work and minor modifications to the project list, as necessary.
