ONE-YEAR RENEWAL OF CENTRAL SQUARE PERMITTING SOFTWARE\nCONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF $23,877.87\nThe Central Square permitting software has been integral to the operation of\nthe Community Development Department, providing efficient processes for\npermit applications, reviews, and approvals over the past eight years. The cost\nof the contract renewal, $23,877.87, is budgeted within the Community\nDevelopment Department’s annual operating budget. There is no additional\nfinancial impact or budget adjustment required.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve the renewal of the Central Square permitting software contract for\none year at a cost of $23,877.87; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or their designee to sign the agreement, subject\nto City Attorney review and approval.
