F. FIREWORK DISPLAY PERMIT – SAN GABRIEL COUNTRY CLUB\nPyro Spectaculars, a California Sate Licensed Pyrotechnics Company, on behalf\nof the San Gabriel Country Club, has applied for a permit to conduct a fireworks\ndisplay on San Gabriel Country Club for a Fireworks Display on Saturday, June\n28, 2025, at 9:00 p.m. Pursuant to San Gabriel Municipal Code Title IX, Sections\n96.21 – 96.23, City Council approval is required to issue a permit on approval\nand recommendation of the Fire Chief for pyrotechnic displays. A fee of $79 is\ndue at the time of permit issuance per the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Master Fee\nSchedule. No Fire Department overtime expense is anticipated for this event.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council authorize the Fire Chief or Deputy Fire\nMarshal to issue a Fireworks Permit to Pyro Spectaculars, Incorporated,\ncontingent on meeting the conditions of the application.
