6) CONSIDERATION OF AGREEMENT WITH DAVID VOLZ DESIGN LANDSCAPE\nARCHITECTS, INC. FOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE DEL NORTE\nPARK IMPROVEMENTS & DOG PARK PROJECT - PROJECT NO. 24001\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Award Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2025-01 for Architectural Design Services for the\nDel Norte Park Improvements and Dog Park Project to David Volz Design Landscape\nArchitects, Inc.; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Professional Services Agreement\nwith David Volz Design Landscape Architects, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $215,841,\nin such final form as approved by the City Attorney.\nFIRE DEPARTMENT
