5.10 PUBLIC WORKS AGREEMENT WITH SITEREP CONSTRUCTION\nSERVICES, INC. FOR PANTERA PARK HARDCOURT\nREHABILITATION & PARKING LOT LED LIGHT RETROFIT PROJECT\n(FP23503).\nRecommended Action:\nA. Determine that approving the Construction Agreement for the Project is\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to\nSection 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines;\nB. Appropriate an additional $90,429 from Park Development Fund (Fund\n262), for a total construction budget of $338,384; and\nC. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to sign, the Public Works\nAgreement with Siterep Construction Services, Inc. for the Pantera\nPark Hardcourt Rehabilitation & LED Light Retrofit Project (FP23503),\nin a not-to-exceed contract amount of $307,684, plus a contingency\namount of $30,700 (10%) to be approved by the City Manager.\nRequested by: Public Works Department
