5. Award a Bid to Griswold Industries to Provide Automatic Control Valve Repair,\nReplacement and Maintenance Services at the Prices Bid\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the following actions:\n1) Award a bid to Griswold Industries (Griswold), for a three-year term, with two,\none-year extension options to provide automatic control valve repair, replacement and\nmaintenance services at the prices bid for time and materials; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee to execute the agreement and any\namendments, subject to approval to form by the City Attorney.\nAttachments: Council Report - Award of bid Griswold.docx\nAttachment 1 - Griswold Industries Cla-Val Price Bid Sheet IFB
