9. AGREEMENT FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS\nSTATION\nStaff recommends City Council approve a five-year agreement, from June 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030\nwith Clean Energy Fuels for Operation and Maintenance services of the Compressed Natural Gas station\nwith for a total contract value of $900,718.70; and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and\nany amendments or extensions provided there is funding in the budget, and it is within the City Manager’s\nsigning authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
