13. SAFETY SERVICES INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDS ASSESSMENT – AWARD OF\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN\nSERVICES (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Award a Professional Services Agreement to Westgroup Designs, Inc. for\narchitectural services for the Safety Services Infrastructure Needs Assessment\nfor a total not-to-exceed fee of $99,880; and\nMay 6, 2025: City Council Meeting Page 6 of 6\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; and\n3) Appropriate $100,000 from the Utulity Users Tax (UUT) Capital Projects\nReserve Fund for the project: and\n4) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
