5. Desert Arc Janitorial Division Amendment 1 to Agreement Covering FY24/25 to\nFY27/28\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council approves Amendment 1 to the four-year\ncontract for professional janitorial services with Desert Arc for Town\nParks/Facilities that adds three (3) locations to the Agreement’s Scope\nof Service. On top of the five-percent (0.05%) FY25/26 monthly rate\nincrease is an additional $1,700.00 for the three sites from $5,268.61 to\n$7,232.04, and authorizes the Town Manager, Town Attorney, and the\nMayor to sign Amendment 1 and all necessary documents to implement\nthe services.
